We work exclusively with licensed practitioners who follow evidence-based dosing guidelines. If you have concerns specific to your situation, your assigned coach will address them on your onboarding call before you begin.

How long until I see results?
Most athletes report measurable changes in energy, sleep quality, and recovery within the first four weeks. Body composition and strength shifts typically become visible at the 8–12 week mark, depending on your baseline and adherence. Your coach will set checkpoints at weeks four and eight so you always know how you're tracking.

How does cancellation work?
You can cancel your subscription any time from your account dashboard — no phone call, no waiting period, no runaround. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; you retain access through the end of the period you already paid for. There is no cancellation fee or long-term commitment.

What is your refund policy?
If you cancel within the first 14 days and feel the program wasn't a fit, contact support and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. After the 14-day window, we don't offer prorated refunds for unused days, but you can cancel before the next billing date to stop future charges.

Where do the peptides come from? Are the pharmacies legitimate?
All peptides recommended through Apex Strength are sourced from FDA-registered, 503A/503B-compliant compounding pharmacies that require a valid prescription. We never sell or ship compounds directly — your coach connects you with a licensed prescriber who works with an accredited pharmacy in your state. You will receive a pharmacy dispensing certificate with every order.
