Built for athletes who track everything
Apex Strength exists to give serious athletes and their coaches a single place to see what is actually working.
One timeline. Every variable.
Apex Strength is built for serious competitive athletes and the coaches who program them — the kind of people who need to know whether the peptide protocol is actually improving recovery, whether the new HRT dose is moving bloodwork in the right direction, and whether sleep HRV on the Garmin data matches how the lifting block feels.
We unify workouts, peptide and HRT protocols, bloodwork labs, body composition, sleep, recovery, nutrition, and Garmin wearable data into a single timeline so the answer to those questions is one screen away instead of six spreadsheets.
Built by an athlete, for athletes
Apex Strength was built out of frustration with the gap between the science of strength training and the day-to-day reality of managing a competitive block. The available tracking apps were built for general fitness, and the clinical lab tools were built for clinicians — neither talked to the other, and neither connected to the wearable the athlete was already wearing.
The result is a platform designed by someone who has coached, competed, run peptide and HRT protocols, and chased biomarker trends through more training blocks than anyone should reasonably count. The design choices — what gets logged by default, how the timeline renders, which correlations the AI surfaces first — all come from that lived experience.
